General Questions

What is Mixed Results?
Mixed Results is a handcrafted tie-dye brand dedicated to reviving the art of true, vibrant tie-dye. Each piece is uniquely made with high-quality fiber-reactive dyes and sustainable materials.

Who creates the designs?
All designs are created by Steve, the artist behind Mixed Results. Each piece is hand-dyed using professional techniques to ensure long-lasting color and unique patterns.

Materials & Sustainability

What materials do you use?
Our garments are made from 100% ring-spun cotton for a soft feel and durable quality. I use Procion MX fiber reactive dyes, ensuring vibrant long lasting color and environmentally responsible production. 

Are your dyes safe and eco-friendly?
Yes! I use fiber-reactive dyes, which create a permanent bond with fabric. This process minimizes water waste and prevents fading, making them a sustainable choice compared to traditional textile dyes.

Shipping & Orders

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Some purchases will be made to order. Each item is handmade and takes a minimum of 24 hours to batch once created.  

What are the shipping options?

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I ship worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

How do I request a return?
Email me at steve@mixedresults.ca with your order number and reason for return. If approved, I will provide return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size, I accept exchanges on eligible items. Due to the handmade nature of tie-dye, exchanged items may have slight variations in design.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in their original condition

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason, as long as it remains unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, please contact me.
