Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Each tie-dye piece is handmade with slight variations in colour and pattern, making every item one of a kind.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Canada): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mixed Results is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows “Delivered” but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • To initiate a return, email steve@mixedresults.ca with your order number and reason.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges available for size adjustments.
  • Because each tie-dye is handmade, exchanged items may vary slightly in design.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once a return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you don’t see the refund after 15 business days, email steve@mixedresults.ca.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact me immediately at steve@mixedresults.ca so I can make it right.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
