Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Each tie-dye piece is uniquely crafted, so slight variations in color and pattern make every item one of a kind.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Mixed Results is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return, email us at steve@mixedresults.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Exchange Policy

  • Need a different size? Exchanges are available for eligible items.

  • Due to the handmade nature of tie-dye, exchanged items may have slight variations in design.

Final Sale Items

  • Customized or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at steve@mixedresults.ca.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at steve@mixedresults.ca so we can make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
